REGISTERED AGENT SERVICES

A registered agent is an individual or organization authorized to receive legal notices on behalf of a business entity.

As your Registered Agent we will be authorized to receive legal notices mailed to you and receive them on your behalf. We will then contact you to inform your entity that we have received a notice for your entity.

Many organizations may be unable to receive notices to their listed business address because of many reasons.  We remove those obstacles and ensure you receive your intended legal notices.
